Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie, OK. Debbie was born on June 15, 1953 in Chickasha, OK to Jack B. and Betty June (Evans) Tully. She passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2011 in Oklahoma City. Visitation will be Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m. |
