of Keene Dies Monday |

Mrs. Lottie Mae Hastie, 80, of Keene, died Monday at Memorial Hospital. She had been a resident of Keene for 20 years.
Mrs. Hastie was born in Lawrence, Kansas, September 2, 1890, the daughter of William and Amanda Fowler Cross. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Combes of Indianapolis, Ind., and Mrs. Wilma Smith of Keene; one brother, Raymond Cross of Oklahoma City, Okla.; five sisters, Mrs. Doris Dishman of Edmond, Okla., Mrs. Dorothy Baker of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Gladys King of Eureka, Kansas, Mrs. Jim Ward of Porterville, Calif., Mrs. Mable Sanderson of Abilene; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Dwight Hastie, died in 1943. Mrs. Hastie is a former resident of Guthrie, Okla. before moving to Keene. Her remains are being sent to Guthrie, Okla. for the funeral service and burial. Crosier-Pearson Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. |
