CHICKASHA a good live town on the C. R. I & P. R'y, 191 miles south of Wichita, and 206 miles north of Ft. Worth. It is located in the great Washita Valley on the Washita River. The country round Chickasha produces an abundance of grain, cotton, fruit, vegetables, etc., and also has large stock interest. It is the division point of the C. R. I. & P. R'y and also the proposed point of the crossing of the C. R. I & P. R'y running east and west. Two good hotels, a good live newspaper and a number of large mercantile establishments. Altogether it has fine prospects for becoming quite a city at no distant day. United States Express, Western Union Telegraph. Below is a list of the business men of the city.
