Documentation: Between 1885 and 1888, Mark and Mary Oliver left Harper 
County, Kansas and went to Indian Territory. They first lived in the 
Cole community near the town of Blanchard. Prior to the run in 1889, 
the family was living five miles east and two miles north of the present 
town of Tuttle. In the '89 run, they homesteaded 160 acres SE of 
Wheatland.
