Gentry Burial Plot
The Gentry burial plot
was established in the early eighties by W. E. Gentry, the original owner of the
property. The plot is 100 feet square, enclosed by a five-foot stone wall, a
beautiful piece of work. The Gentry monument, a sketch of which is attached,
stands directly in the center of this beautiful plot, facing the entrance. Two
cedar trees and some other shrubbery are in the place and it is well cared for.
It is located about 150 yards southeast of the Gentry home.
