The 1935 Oklahoma Honor Roll has been scanned for OKGenWeb. This source contains hundreds of names, which will be
beneficial to many.
Volunteers are needed to transcribe the scanned pages to
create a master index to make it easier for researchers to locate names and
places.
Could you volunteer 30 minutes or an hour to transcribe one or more pages in Excel or Microsoft Word
table?
If so, check the current volunteer
list and the 1935 Oklahoma Honor Roll. Begin by selecting
a page number from the images,
email me the number of the page you
would like to transcribe. Please wait until I reply so we do not have duplicate transcriptions and waste your valuable
time.
Use the format in the samples below to set up your excel or word table.
Click on the image to enlarge it to full size, if the page
number you are transcribing is page 12,
name your file and save it as honor12.xls (for Excel) or honor12.doc (for Word).
Send the completed file as an email attachment to the
address below.
Please use the subject line 1935 Honor Roll.
