AFFIDAVIT

Personally appeared before me D. C. Rowe and Joe Sixkiller, who being duly sworn, on oath depose and say that they are well acquainted with Walter and George W. Brewer, who makes the foregoing application and statement, and have known them for 10 years and 10 years, respectively, and know them to be the identical person they represents themselves to be and that on May 28, 1906, they had the children living as above set forth, and that the statements made by them are true, and they have no interest whatever in their claim.
