I hereby make application for such share as me be due me of the fund appropriated by the Act of Congress approved June 30, 1906, in accordance with the decrees of the Court of Claims of May 18, 1905, and May 28, 1906, in favor of the Eastern Cherokees. The evidence of identity is herewith subjoined.

Father born in the Old Nation East, Mother not a Cherokee.

Father was residing in Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory, mother not a Cherokee.

13. Date of death of your father and mother? 
Father died 1863 during the war, mother still living.

14. Were they ever enrolled for annuities, land, or other benefits? If so, state when and where- 
Father in the Indian Territory in 1851 for emigrant money.

Andrew Nave, being duly sworn, deposes and says:

"My name is Andrew Nave; my post office is Tahlequah, Oklahoma; I am fifty years old; Julia Nave is my wife and we are living together now; my wife claims her Indian blood through her father; his name was Wauhe-law Eagle and he is an Old Settler; my wife had an older sister named Oo-loo-char and another named Susan and a brother named Hunter. (See OS 96-98-Tahlequah).
