Col. Cecil C. Williams
Our Brother, Col. Cecil C. Williams passed away Saturday, April
15, 1995, at the age of 88. He joined the Army when he was 18 years old.
Later he joined the Air Force where he served until he retired. He saw
active duty in WWII.
After his retirement, he and his wife, Daisy, settled in Lewiston,
Idaho, close to the Northern Rockies which was his beloved hunting
ground. He loved nature and the outdoors. He climbed those mountains
where the bear roam and the deer and the antelope play until approaching
age began to slow him down.
He and his wife Daisy belonged to the church in Lewiston where his
funeral services were conducted. His remains will be shipped to March
Field Veterans Cemetery at Riverside, CA for burial.
Notes: Cecil’s parents were the late Thomas Robert and Warnita
Betts Williams.
