The Will of Sanford DayCanadian Co., OklahomaMathewson Co., Oklahoma Terr. May 1st 1892Know all men, by these present, that I, Sanford Day, am now in my right mind, and do write, and indite this my last will and testament; without, intimidation, fear, or indo persuasion. To my beloved wife Emma J. Day, I give all that portion of land situated as follows, vis, Forty (40) acres, more or less, situated in the south East, 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 35, Town1h. R. 6. Ok Terr, and all my personal property, except one brown horse aged about 4 years. The above described property, to be had and used by my wife her life time: And after her death to be equally divided between my beloved children; Vis; Harrie M. Day; and Harvie C. Day and Gertrude M. Day. To my daughters, L.V. Black, R. Anna Kauffman, Hattie and Margaret E. Day, I give the N.E. 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of sec 35 Town 1h R. 6. of Ok. Terr.
