VINITA, March 24.—A coroner’s jury here returned a verdict
that L.G. Bosley, aged recluse of Timber Hill, whose body
was found in a shallow grave, died from foul play, but did
not designate the probable slayer.
Harry Curnutte and Fred Weitz were arrested. Weitz told the
jury Curnutte had told him he killed the old man in a fight,
and pointed out to him where the body was buried. Bosley’s
skull had been crushed. Archie Bosley, a son, identified the
teeth as those of his father and the clothing as that worn
by the parent before he disappeared.
