M’ALESTER, Sept. 17.—Funeral plans
were made Tuesday night for Sam F. Boyden, a former
commissioner of labor in Missouri, who died at Vinita,
Tuesday. He had been employed at the penitentiary here under
several administrations. Burial was to be at Neosho, Mo.
