VINITA, Jan. 28.—Funeral services will be held Sunday at
Welch for Porter Z. Newman, 70 years old, pioneer of Welch
and former Craig county representative in the state
legislature, who died Tuesday night at a hospital in
Muscatine, Iowa, following an illness of five months.
