Two Face Murder Charge

    VINITA, Sept. 6.—County Attorney Homer Melton said Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Medlin were charged with murdering Jess Hummel, 48 years old, who was found beaten to death near Welch Sunday. The Medlins, each 24 years old, waived arraignment and preliminary hearing was set September 15.
