VINITA, Dec. 15.—Three children burned to death Tuesday in a
fire that destroyed a two-room frame house on the outskirts
of the city.
Their mother, Mrs. Willie Parker, said the house burst
suddenly into flames while she was visiting a neighbor. She
raced home, but was unable to save the children. The victims
were Wilma Laverne, 5 years old, Joseph, 3 years old, and
William 11 months old.
