VINITA, April 22.—Services for Mrs. Anna Crutchfield
Morrison, 80, a resident of this area since 1889, died at
her home in Vinita Friday night after a 16-month illness,
will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the First Methodist
church.
Mrs. Morrison was born in Jacksboro, Texas, in 1869 and
moved to the Cleora and Vinita communities two years after
marrying W.H. Morrison in 1887. Her husband died in 1923.
She was a member of the Daughters of the American
Revolution, United Daughters of the Confederacy and a life
member of the WCTU.
Survivors include two daughters, Miss Ruth Morrison and Mrs.
Jasper Smith, both of Vinita; two sons, Dr. H.C. Morrison,
Oklahoma City, and Leroy C. Morrison, Miami, Okla.; six
grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
