VINITA, Oct. 10—James Wilton Ratcliff, life-long resident of
Vinita, died Tuesday in his home after suffering a heart
attack.
A former vice-president of the Vinita National bank, he
represented the Mid-Continent Life insurance Co. of Oklahoma
City. He had served 27 years as an elder in the Pilgrim
Presbyterian church. Funeral arrangements are pending.
Survivors include his wife, Estelle Ratcliff, of the home,
one daughter, Mrs. Nancy Stevens, Louisville, Ky.; a
brother, Robert F. Ratcliff, and two sisters, Mrs. R.P.
Gillett, Vinita, and Mrs. Norville Jones, San Diego, Calif.
