VINITA—Services for Carl C. Cass, 57, who died Monday in
a Tulsa hospital following a long illness, will be at 3
p.m. Thursday in the Luginbuel Brothers Funeral home
chapel.
Cass, a painter and interior decorator, was born in
Vinita. He had spent his entire lifetime here. He was a
member of the First Christian church.
Survivors include: his wife, Ada M., of the home; four
daughters, Mrs. Albert Daniels, Vinita; Mrs. Louis
Daugherty, Ponca City; Mrs. Joe Matthews, Vinita; and
Miss Betty Jean Cass of the home; two sons, Carl C. Cass
jr., Tugunga, Calif.; and T-Sgt Bobby Ray Cass, with the
U.S. airforce of Columbus, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs.
Lester Chappell, Shidler; Mrs. Jessie Harder, LeMoore,
Calif.; and Mrs. Lee Sallee, Everett, Wash.; five
brothers, Paul and Lewis Cass, both of Vinita; Sgt. Troy
Cass, Claremore; Frank Cass, Huron, Calif.; and Marvin
Cass, Avenal, Calif., and 14 grandchildren.
