W.C. KELLY
 

    VINITA—Funeral arrangements are pending for W.C. Kelly, 70, who died Wednesday in the veterans hospital at Muskogee following a long illness. Kelly, a resident of Vinita several months, had spent most of his life in Picher.
    Survivors include his wife, Florence. Arrangements will be announced by Luginbuel Brothers Funeral home.
