VINITA—Services for William Ferman Coppedge, 56-year-old
Vinitan who died Thursday in an Oklahoma City hospital after
a long illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Luginbuel
Brothers Funeral home chapel here.
Graveside services in Fairview cemetery will be under the
auspices of the Vinita American Legion post.
Coppedge, born in Salem, Mo., had lived in the Vinita area
since he was a small boy. He was a veteran of World war I.
Survivors include three brothers, Guy Coppedge, Deslodge,
Mo., Paul Coppedge, Wichita, Kans., and Anguess Coppedge,
Bakersfield, Calif.; eight sisters, Mrs. David Covey,
Vinita, Mrs. Don Smelser, Sand Springs, Mrs. Charles White,
route 14, Tulsa, Mrs. Art Vassor, Panorama, Calif., Mrs.
Dorothy O’Reilly, Los Angeles, Calif. Mrs. Ben Jackson and
Mrs. Julius Henson, both of Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Ora
Patterson, Miami, Okla.
