VINITA—Services are pending here for J.H. Murr, 72, a former
Craig countian who died Saturday in his home in Dixon,
Calif. Luginbuel Brothers Funeral home is in charge of
arrangements.
Murr, who formerly lived southwest of Vinita, went to
California in 1948. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Susie; home; five sons, Raymond,
Sacramento, Calif.; Oral and Orval, both of Redondo Beach,
Calif.; Layton, LaCygne, Kan., and James C., U.S. army;
three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Vaughn, Prescott, Kan.; Mrs.
Marie Mefford, Vinita, and Mrs. Maxine Robinson, Folsum,
Calif.; three brothers, Albert, Mannford, and Ben and Sam,
both of Lafayette, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Goforth,
Golden, Colo., and Mrs. John Burch, Mountain Grove, Mo.; 20
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
