VINITA, July 6—A.G. Humphrey, 64-year-old Craig county
farmer, died Friday of a bullet wound in his head. County
Sheriff Jim Ince said the wound was self-inflicted.
Humphrey, rushed from his home to a Vinita hospital by
ambulance, was dead on arrival. Ince said Humphrey had been
suffering from a heart ailment for some time. He was found
lying in bed with a .22 caliber rifle at his side.
