WELCH—Funeral arrangements are pending for Charles C. Parks,
75-year-old retired farmer who died early Monday in his home
in Welch after a long illness. Luginbuel Brothers funeral
home, Vinita, is in charge.
Parks had resided most of his life in this community.
Survivors include his wife, Bertha, two brothers, Pete,
Chetopa, Kansas, and Woodrow, Wapato, Wash.; and two
sisters, Mrs. Grace Fromm, Chetopa, and Mrs. Lena Foust,
route 3, Miami.
