Shade Eugene Wallen b. Dec. 1922 in Vinita. His uncle Shade Wallen (see Craig county History book Vol. 1) and Aunt Nettie help to deliver Shade into this life. He was name after his uncle Shade. d. Oct. 1971 in California at a age of 49. Father Charles Edward Wallen, mother Mary Catherine (Cook) Wallen. Lived in Vinita area to sometime after 1920 maybe 1950's??
