Sarah Elizabeth Adair, 9, of 1911 S Oklahoma St died Monday [June 17, 1985] at Children's Hospital, Oklahoma City, of kidney failure.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev Joe C Knowles officiating.

Burial will be in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Smith Funeral Home.

Miss Adair was born Oct 27, 1975, in Sapulpa. She lived here all her life.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church and a student at the South Heights Elementary School.

Survivors include parents Roy and Ladell Adair; brother Michael Adair at home; sister Paula Adair at home; grandparents Ralph and Anna Patterson and Paul and Connie Steely, all of Tulsa; and great-grandfather Cleo Fox, Chelsea, Okla.
