Jacqueta Ilene Adams, 55, 105 S. Linden, Sapulpa, died Sunday at Glenpool Health Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:30 am Wednesday, at Fairview Cemetery in Niotaze, Kan., with Rev. David Bycroft officiating.

Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Niotaze, Kan., under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born March 7, 1938, in Coffeyville, Kan. A resident of Sapulpa for 27 years, she was a member of the Lady Elks and the Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, James; parents Glen and Gyneth Folk of Tyro, Kan.; daughter, Rhonda Adams of Sapulpa; son, Roger Adams of Wichita, Kan.; sisters, Bonnie Moore of Derby, Kan., and Glenda Wright of Valley Center, Kan.; two grandchildren and three step- grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Smith Funeral Home between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m., Tuesday.
