Updated: 06 Sep 2009 ADKINS, Bobby Lump Bobby Lump Adkins, 64, of Sapulpa, died Monday at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. Funeral services were scheduled for 10:30 am Friday at the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jonas Partridge officiating. Burial will follow in South Heights Cemetery. He was born July 29, 1927, in Sapulpa, and lived in the area all of his life. He was a U.S. Navy and Army veteran of World War II. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother. Survivors include sister Nataleen JOLIN of Sapulpa and brother Legus Adkins
of Bakersfield, Calif.
NO DATE GIVEN Funeral services for Bobby Lump Adkins were held today to Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jonas Partridge officiating. Burial followed at South Heights Cemetery. Casketbearers were: Wayne Sawyer, Ronnie Sawyer, Terry Wayne Williams, Bill Williams, Brownie Fowler and Cecil Tiger. Mr. Adkins, a lifelong Sapulpa resident, died Monday at Hillcrest Medical Center.
