Mary A. Felix Alexander, 63, of rural Kellyville, died Wednesday, Aug 10, 1994, at Sherwood Manor Nursing Center in Tulsa.
A memorial service is scheduled for 7 pm Sunday at the Pickett Chapel United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Monday, at the Pickett Chapel United Methodist Church with the Revs. John Lowe and Julienne Judd officiating.
Burial is to follow in the Felix Family Cemetery, west of Kellyville under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
Alexander was born in Kellyville Dec 9, 1930, she was a full blood Yuchi Indian and was an enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Tribe of Oklahoma. She graduated from the Haskell Indian School in Lawrence, Kan. She was a member of the Pickett Chapel United Methodist Church.
Alexander worked as an insurance clerk for the Muscogee Nation tribal offices in Okmulgee and was active in the tribe's rodeo club.
She was preceded in death by sister, Lena Felix Walker and brother James Felix Jr.
Survivors include sons Robert and William Alexander, both of Kellyville, and Jimmy Alexander of Tulsa; daughter, Sunshine King Hunter; brother Amos Felix Jr. of Kellyville and sisters Irene Parkinson, Bessie Cahwee, Sar Whienry, all of Kellyville; and four grandchildren.
The family will headquarter at the family home in Kellyville. Visitation will be until 9 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Alexander was born in Kellyville, Dec 9, 1930, to James Muskogee and Salo Fulsom Felix, Sr.
