MRS. ARMBURST IS TAKEN BY DEATH; RITES HELD TODAY
STROKE OF PARALYSIS FATAL TO EARLY DAY RESIDENT OF SAPULPA

Mrs. Jennie Armburst, age 77, early day resident of Sapulpa died in the City Hospital yesterday morning at 2 o’clock.

She died as a result of a stroke of paralysis about ten days ago. She had been in the hospital since about that time.

She is survied by her husband, Joseph A. Armburst of 214 South Walnut; a daughter, Mrs. Bessie COOK; two sons by a former marriage, Roger ARMSTRONG of Tulsa and Sidney Armstrong of Sapulpa and two other sons, Leonard Armburst of California and another son in Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist church this afternoon at 3:30 o’clock with Dr. P. J. Conkwright officiating.. Burial will be made in Southern Heights Cemetery. Buffington funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Pall bearers include: F. M. Horn, M. L. Murphy, E. R. Unger, A. W. Knox, Dr. C. M. Levy and Lon McKenzie. Members of the Good Will Club will act as flower girls.

She was an active member of the Baptist church, a member of the Naomi chapter order of the Eastern Star and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Railway Trainmen.

Mrs. Armburst was born in Alabama Oct 3, 1861. She was reared in Searcy, Ark., and came here in 1909.
