Earlene Emma Atchley, 57, of Sapulpa, died Sunday at home.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday at Forest Hills Baptist Church with Rev. Sammy Love officiating.

Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Earlene was born September 28, 1934, in Sapulpa. She was a singer, musician, composer and also a painter. She was a member of the singing group, the Atchley Sisters, recorded in Nashville and appeared on television.

She was a member of the Forest Hills Baptist Church where she taught a Sunday school class. She was founder of United Citizens for a Safe environment.

Survivors include her mother, Irene Atchley; brother, Guy Atchley of Tucson, Arizona; sister, Irene Jones of Oologah.

Casketbearers will be Brian Smith, Johnnie Bristow, Vic Fitzgerald, Bill Bowen, Melvin Berg and Dennis Napier.

The family will headquarter at the Atchley residence in Sapulpa.
