TULSA - Dr. Paul N. Atkins, Jr., 72, Tulsa, died Monday at Hillcrest Medical Center, Tulsa.

Services will be 11:30 am Thursday at Christ the King Church, Tulsa, with the Rev. Jerry McCarthy officiating.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Tulsa, under the direction of Ninde Funeral Home, Tulsa.

He was born June 7, 1914, in Tulsa and was a doctor at Hillcrest.

Survivors include wife Margaret; daughters Susan Elizabeth Atkins of Philadelphia, Mary Virginia of Griffin of Hercules, Calif., and Patricia Atkins of Palo Alto, Calif.; sons Paul Atkins III of Sapulpa, W. Tom of Denton, Texas, and John Charles of Tulsa; brother J. H. Atkins of Bremerton, Wash.; sisters Mrs. Fred Kerr Jr. of Albuquerque, NM and Ann Burke of Tulsa; and 16 grandchildren.
