Bob Phillip Bailey, 57, retired U.S.A.F. Master Sgt. Veteran of the Korean and Vietnam conflicts, died suddenly August 3, 1992 in Tennessee.

Mr. Bailey was born October 18, 1934 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Survived by wife, Frances, Carthage, Tennessee; mother Mary W. Buhl, Sapulpa; sister, Joyce Ulstrup, Los Angeles, nephews: Lief (Julia) Ulstrup and son Christian, Washington D.C.; Erik Ulstrup, Los Angeles; aunts and uncles; Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Thompson and Mr. And Mrs. Harry T. Smith, Sapulpa; numerous cousins, friends and colleagues.

Mr. Bailey was employed as plant engineer for Welsh Co., Tennessee, for the past 6 years.

An avid hunter and fisherman, he was a member and past president of the Sapulpa Gun Club.

Funeral and burial ceremonies, with full military honors, were held in Carthage, Tennessee on August 5.
