Dovie Elizabeth Baker, 78, Sapulpa, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 1995 in Sapulpa.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Vernon Howard officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Bristow, directed by Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Nov. 25, 1916 in Oilton.

She retired Nov. 25, 1981 from the Creek County Treasurer’s Office. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Clifford Baker, Bartlesville, Donna Adelblue, Helena, MT, and Linda Little, Sapulpa; a brother, Howard Endecott, Yuba City, CA; a sister, Louise Manley, Olivehurst, CA; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Baker; a son, Charles Baker; and three sisters, Alvie Endecott, Geneva Johnson and Irene Corning.
