Lewis Edgar Baker, 70, 2341 S. Poplar, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 1995 at his home.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Garden Heights Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Doyle Baker officiating. Burial will be in
Green Hill Cemetery, directed by Owen Funeral Home.
He was born Sept. 15, 1925 near Silver City to Edgar and Effie Hillis Baker.
He married Juanita Bellamy on Nov. 23, 1959 in Tulsa.
He moved to Sapulpa 47 years ago after he served in the U. S. Navy in World War II. He was a member of Garden Heights Freewill Baptist Church. He was a retired foreman for Liberty Glass.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita, of the home; three daughters, Marilyn Billingsly, Sapulpa, Jane McGinnis, Lenexa, KS, and Pat Kyser, Prattville; a sister, Alice Chambers, Oilton; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Joe Lee, in 1993, and a brother, Howard Baker.
The family will headquarter at 2341 S. Poplar the day of the service.
