Phillip H. Banks, 51, 1106 E. Teresa, died Thursday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home. Mr. Banks was born Oct 24, 1937, in Philadelphia. He married Frances Korejko Feb 8, 1958, in Camden, N.J., and lived in Sapulpa for 28 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, was retired employee of Southwestern Bell and served in the U.S. Navy Air Reserve.
Survivors include wife Fran of the home; father Fred Banks of Sapulpa; sons David Banks of Dallas and Jeffery Banks of the
home; daughter Donna Duncan of Sapulpa; sister Mrs. John (Lenore) Simons of South Hampton, Pa.,; and three
grandchildren.
September 10, 1989 Services for Phillip H. Banks, 1106 E. Teresa, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Thomas Melton officiating. Entombment will be at the Green Hills Mausoleum.
