Harold D. Barker, 68, Sapulpa, died Monday, Dec 26, 1994 at his home.

Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Sep 6, 1926 in Dougherty. He retired from the U. S. Navy in 1964 and went to work for Prescolite Manufacturing in San Leandro, Calif. He retired from that company in 1990 and had lived in Sapulpa for four years.

He married Virginia Ashley in Reno, Nev.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia of the home; his mother, Lola Bell Barker of Hemet, Calif.; a daughter Deanna Chirazi, San Francisco, Calif; two sons, Harold Dean Barker, Jr., Sapulpa and Brady Gilbert Barker, Manteca, Calif;; a brother, Roland Barker, Hemet; and one grandson.

Services for Harold D. Barker were scheduled for 1 pm today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Don Cook, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in Lackey Cemetery, Hitchita.

Casketbearers will be Harold Barker, Jr., Brady Barker, Steffan Chirazi, Marshall Archer, Mark Archer, Gary Hinton, Randy Carnes and Rick Gregory. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
