Pauline Barnes, 76, 632 N. Moccasin Place, died Saturday in Sapulpa.

Services for Barnes have been set for 10:30 am Monday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel. Burial will be at Green Hills. The casket will remain closed throughout the services.

Barnes was born Dec 3, 1917, in Montpelier, Ind., and was a long-time Sapulpa resident. She worked as a beautician and later worked at Plymouth Drug.

She was a member of the First Christian Church and was preceded in death by her husband Jessie, in 1989. Six brothers and sisters also preceded her in death: Bill and Ray Tucker, and Helen Whittenton, Margrett Dose, Gertrude Dick and Ethel Tucker.

She is survived by a son Mike, Sapulpa; two brothers, Charles Tucker, Gillette, Wyo., and Kenneth Tucker, Ardmore. Survivors also include sisters Mary Selsor and Wilma Horner, Sapulpa, Betty Cline, Houston; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Donations may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of services.

Funeral services for Pauline Barnes were to be held at 10:30 am today in the Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Russell Casey officiating.

Interment was to follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Barnes, a Sapulpa resident most all of her life, died Saturday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.
