Udola Barnett, 65, of Mounds, died Monday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday at the Robert Simons Colonial Chapel with Rev. Robert Hunnicutt officiating with John Riley assisting.

Burial is to follow in the Barnett Family Cemetery near Graham, Okla. under the direction of the Robert Simons Funeral Home Colonial Chapel.

Barnett was born April 2, 1929 in Hanna, Okla. to Louis and Effie Britt Payne. She married Haney Barnett and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church of Kiefer. She lived in Mounds the last 14 years.

Survivors include husband Haney of the home; sons Ronald Douglas Payne Sr. of Euless, Texas, and Bill Barnett, Dickey Barnett and Tony Barnett, all of Mounds; daughters Norma Jean Pinney of Pawhuska, and Donna Gillett and Terri Spencer, both of Kiefer; brothers Odeal Payne of Mounds and Tommy Payne of Sapulpa; sisters Lorene Crawford of Antlers, Okla., Bonnie Crowden of Dustin, Okla., Nadine Caled of Encampment, Wyo., Mary Shatswell of Henryetta, Ruth Long of Morris, Okla., and Carma Roftis and Judy Jones, both of Dustin; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
