Katie Bayouth, 63, Cleveland, Okla., died Friday, Oct 21, 1994 in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Services were conducted Tuesday, directed by Chapman-Black's Funeral Home.

She was born in Tulsa to Carl and Ruth Dampf. She graduated from Collinsville High School in 1948.

She married Emile Bayouth in 1949. They lived in Jenks and Wagoner County before they moved to Cleveland in 1954. They owned and operated Bayouth Department Store for 38 years. Emile Bayouth's brother, Eddie Bayouth, operates Bayouth Clothing Store in Sapulpa.

She was a member of Cleveland First Christian Church. She and her husband attended 90 percent of all Oklahoma University football games, home and away, in the past 25 years, including the annual OU-Texas games at the Cotton Bowl.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Danny Bayouth, Cleveland; two daughters, Cathy Pearmon, Colchester, Conn., and Toni Stevens, Scottsdale; her mother, Ruth Dampf; a sister, Susie Dampf, Cleveland; a brother, Jim Dampf, Cleveland; and four grandchildren
