Eddy Mac Smith Bear of Bristow, age 12, died Aug. 13, 1993.

He was born in Bristow on March 19, 1981, to parents, Theda Smith and Bobby Bear. He attended elementary school here and had been a resident of Bristow all his life. He attended Trinity Baptist Church.

Eddy is survived by his mother and stepfather, Theda and Richard Tilley of Bristow.

He is also survived by the following; his grandparents, Emerson and Bennie Smith of Bristow; his grandmother Barbara Bear of Depew; his great-grandmother Lottie Inman of Depew; and his sister Melanie Tilley of their Bristow home.

Eddy was preceded in death by his father Bobby Bear.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday at Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. J.D. Jackson officiating. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Bristow.

Services were under the direction of Schumacher Funeral Home.
