MADISON, Wis. - Mr. Frank Beard, 75, Billings, Mont., died Wednesday at Billings Hospital.

Services will be 11 am Tuesday at Gunderson Funeral Chapel, Madison, Wis., with the Revs. John Sheild and William Koehler officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, Monona, Wis.

Mr. Beard was a district superintendent of Continental Pipeline before retiring in 1975.

He was a member of the Elks Lodge and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1937 with a degree in civil engineering.

Survivors include wife Mildred; son Steven of Denver, daughter Mrs. Michael B. (Sibyl) Morgan of Madison; Sisters Mrs. G. F. (Henryetta) Wills of Tulsa, Mrs. Russell (Elinor) Miller of Menden, Ill., Mrs. Paul (Ruby) Tuggle of Sisters, Ore., and Mrs. Marjorie Smalley of Sand Springs.
