Donald Beartrack Jr., 17, of Tahlequah, died Friday in Adair County.

Services will be held at 10 am Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating.

A committal service will follow at 2:30 pm at Reese Cemetery in Stilwell under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Beartrack was born July 29, 1976 in Claremore to Donald Beartrack of Ojo Caliente, N.M. and Newanna Hummingbird of Tahlequah. He was a student at the Eufaula Indina Boarding School where he was on the Basketball team.

He is survived by father Donald Beartrack of Ojo Caliente, N.M.; mother Newanna Hummingbird of Tahlequah; grandparents Rasmus and Ruby Hummingbird of Tulsa; brothers and sisters Danielle, Cody and Stevie all of Tahlequah; and step brother Duwayne Traversie of South Dakota.

Funerald services for Donald Beartrack Jr. were to be held at 10 am today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating.

Burial was to follow in the Reese Cemetery near Stilwell under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Serving as casketbearers were Duwayne Traversie, Brian Hummingbird, Brandon Hummingbird, Frank Coon, Billy Pickup, Dale Moreland and Don Williams.

Beartrack died Friday near Watts.
