Horace B. Bell, 94, 607 S. Oak, died Monday at his home.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am Wednesday at the First Assembly of
God with the Rev. Luis Torres officiating.
Burial will follow in South Heights
Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
He was born Jan 3, 1897, in Sistersville, W. V. , and was a retired oilfield
worker. He was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of the First Assembly
of God.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Jeanetta, son Reuben Bell, daughter
Granetta Voight and two infant sons.
Survivors include sons H. B. Bell of Tulsa, John F. Bell of Dallas, Texas and
Robert E. Bell of Sapulpa; daughter Valencia White of rock Springs, Wyo.;
brothers L. F. Bell of Houston, Texas, Charley Bell of Checotah and Paul Bell of
Sapulpa; sisters May Stroud of Delaware and Maud Short of Henryetta; 24
grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
The family will headquarter at 607 S. Oak.

Funeral services for Horace B. Bell were conducted Wednesday morning at the
First Assembly of God with the Rev. Luis Torres officiating. Burial followed in
the South Heights Cemetery with the Smith Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.
Serving as casketbearers were Larry Voight, Phillip Bell, Brent Mauldin, Erich
Stone, Reuben Paul Bell, Mark Mauldin, Jerry Maulkin and Donald Bell.
Mr. Bell, a Sapulpa resident for the last 52 years, passed away Monday at his
home.
