Former Bristow Groceryman Dies 

W. M. Bess, former Bristow groceryman died last night at Bristow at the age of 79 following an illness of sometime. 

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Lewis and Landruth funeral home. Rev. E. D. Simpson will preach the funeral sermon. 

Burial will be made at the South Heights Cemetery. 

Bess is survived by three sons, Fred Bess of this city, J. H. of Stroud, and George of Jenks. One daughter of Coffeyville, Kansas also survives.
