J. C. BEVARD

MOUNDS—Graveside services for J. C. (Bud) Bevard were held today at Duck Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Coibion officiating.

Burial followed under the direction of Spivey Funeral Home, Beggs.

Mr. Bevard, 74, died Tuesday at his home.

He was born Aug. 6, 1916, and was a retired construction equipment operator. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Chapel.

Survivors include wife, Marie; son Larry Bevard of Owasso; daughters Shirley Steelman of Beggs and Marilyn Bevard of Mounds; brothers Alvert Bevard of Tulsa, Ray Bevard of Collinsville and Richard Bevard of Bixby; sister Flossie Williams of Warner; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
