Mr. Zollie Biggs, 95, former Sapulpa resident, of North Little Rock, Ark., died Dec 21 in North Little Rock. There were no services. Burial was at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. He was born March 1, 1893, in Lincoln, County, Ark. Mr. Biggs was a retired engineer for the Frisco Railroad, U.S. Army veteran of World War I, member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans and Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hester. Survivors include sisters Mrs. Loba Jordan of North Little Rock, and Nova DaVal of Albuquerque, N.M.
