JOHN BILLINGS
John Lee Billings, 47, of Sapulpa, died Wednesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical
Center.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Pioneer Cemetery,
Wagoner.
Burial will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
He was born Aug. 22, 1944, in Hutchinson, Kan., and married Mary Jane Hawkins on
Oct. 25, 1962, in Hutchinson. He moved to Sapulpa seven years ago from
Knoxville, Tenn., and was employed as a machinist-welder at patty Precision
Products. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and the U. S. Navy.
Survivors include wife Mary Jane; mother Jewel Billings of Sapulpa; daughters
Tina Johnson of Knoxville, Tenn. and Tammy Billings of Sapulpa; son Johnny
Billings of Sapulpa; brothers Jim Billings of Tulsa, Jack Billings of Knoxville
and J. M. Billings of Sapulpa; sisters Jo Ann Gee and Janice Pauley, both of
Sapulpa, Joyce Kizziar of Hutchinson; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services for John Billings were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Pioneer
Cemetery in Wagoner, with Rev. Gary Thiessen officiating.
Burial followed in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
