James Rodney Blair, 39, was involved in an automobile accident Tuesday, October 20, 1992, in Houston, TX. He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

Blair was born September 1, 1953 and lived in the Sapulpa area most of his life. He graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1971, and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1975 with a degree in Business Management. He was a sales manager for Petroflex Corporation, Houston, TX. His home was in Houston.

Survivors are his wife, Kerstin, a daughter, Courtney age 2, and a son, Cody age 5 months, of the home. Rodney is the son of James E. Blair, his wife Sheri and her son Christ of Sapulpa and his mother Annabell Jordan & her husband David of Broken Arrow. He has one sister, Rita Blair, niece River & Nephew Noah of Bixby, and his grandmothers are Leona Cryder of Broken Arrow and Lottie Blair of Sapulpa. Other survivors include his mother and father in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Mueb, and a sister in-law, Christiana, of Bad Nauheim, Germany.

Visitation hours will be Sunday Oct. 25, from 6:00 to 8:30 P.M. Smith funeral Home. Services will be Monday at 10 A.M. at Kiefer Christian Church. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Garden.
