Orval Otto Blair, 87, died Wednesday.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Monday at Airview Assembly of God, Jenks, under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Home.

Mr. Blair, who was retired from Lee D. Moore, lived in this area most of his life and was a member of Airview Assembly of God.

Survivors include wife, Cora Ann; and son Don Blair of Atlanta, Ga.
