Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2002, at Friendship Baptist Church, located at 1709 N. Madison, Tulsa.

Interment will follow at the Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2002, at the Dyer Memorial Chapel.

Dyer Memorial Chapel, Inc. of Tulsa is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Blake, 64, died on Saturday, March 2, 2002. He was a supervisor for Carter Excavating, Inc.
